Seventh-generation Texan Maddison McKinley is a country/Americana singer-songwriter with the vocal warmth of Jewel, the country-pop energy of Jo Dee Messina, and a big personality all her own.

She has taken her songs from Texas Hill Country stages to venues across the South and Southwest, from Tucson to Pensacola.

Her “Texicana” sound pairs honky-tonk grit with soulful ballads, moving easily between old-school country, Americana, and pop.

Most of her penned originals are based on the whole truth, while others have been improved for dramatic effect.

Maddison sings all her songs like they happened yesterday.

Maddison’s live show is built to make audiences feel like part of the evening. She combines deeply personal original songs, familiar country favorites, and the stories behind them with an easy sense of humor and genuine connection with the crowd.
